Which version do you need?
That is up to you. If you wish to send and receive email from your mobile device and you can wait until you are back in the office to "cable up" and synchronize your devices then you can choose POP3 you can save a lot of money. Your total email cost will be about $30/year. By purely technical definition you may be told by your more technical friends that your are not using Mobile Synchronization (which is true, since you are waiting until you return to the office to cable up and synchronize).
If you need to synchronize your mail calendar entries from your mobile device to your office network in real time over the air, The you should choose a Hosted Exchange plan. That same plan will cost you about $1,320 per year for the same 10 mailboxes.
