Implementing Contact Manager and Member Administration
The Contact Manager is the heart of TennisConnect. Your customer database is completely integrated with your web site functions, secure from local hard drive failure, and is backed up professionally each night.
Using a single sign-on, your players will be able to find playing partners, sign up for your programs, book courts and lessons, requisition demo racquets, order from your online shopping cart and pay you for your services (requires TennisCollect).
Most contacts will enter your Contact Manager database by registering on your web site. When players / parents (contacts) register on your web site they choose a username and password for future site access.
