Getting Support
TennisConnect was designed to put you in charge of making changes / additions to your service, so there are very few tasks that require you to contact a support agent. We are here to help you if you cannot find what you are looking for, are having a problem with the software (not working as documented), or want to schedule some one-on-one quality time to address your implementation options.

KnowledgeBase Articles All of our documentation and self help FAQ's are available online from either Horizontal Navigation Bar | Resources (for logged in users) or for anyone visiting www.tennissupport.com.

Submit a Support Ticket (logged in users - allows you to review your support ticket history)
TennisConnect Help Overview (Video Tutorial). As above, to report a problem or question that is not urgent, you can
save us a step by submitting a support directly through TennisConnect
(Resources) page.
You will notice that in order to submit a support ticket online you must first search the Knowledgebase to see if a suitable answer already exists.
Phone Options:
Message center and email (888.620.6696 XT 2 or support@tennisconnect.org) If you want to report a problem or a question that is not urgent, or to request an appointment to set aside some 1:1 quality time, please leave us a voice mail at 888.620.6696 XT 2 or email support@tennisconnect.org. Both voice mail and email go into an online support queue that we work in throughout the day. Inquiries are usually addressed "same day". If you use email you will receive an immediate acknowledgment and ticket tracking number.
Speak to a person During normal business hours please call us at 888.620.6696 and choose EXT 2. You will be transferred directly to an associate on call.
Request an appointment Monday through Thursday we offer one-on-one consulting sessions at 11AM, 3PM and 7PM (EST). There is no charge for this service. You may have up to 10 participants (sessions are still unique to your organization). Sessions are blocked for up to 45 minutes, To schedule an appointment please enroll online.
24/7 Emergency Support After hours and on weekends you may call to report an emergency. We are not staffed 24/7 but we have an on-call rotation that ensures you can get through to us 24 hours a day. Call 888.62.6696 XT 1 for an associate on call. You may be asked a message while our support system locates a technician for you. You should receive a call back within 5-10 minutes.
