Your incoming mail server (POP) is mail.[yourdomainname].com
Your outgoing mail server is SMTPOUT.SECURESERVER.NET

Step #7 - IMAP or POP.  Unless you know what IMAP is, choose POP

Step #8-9 - Mail Servers: be sure to use your full email address (you@yourdomain.com... not just "you").
