Get editor (WYSIWIG) - which is great for non-technical users. But HTML itself can be finicky - e4specially if you have pasted content from another document (web page, word document, powerpoint, etc).
If your content is not formatting the way you want, you should remove any "behind the scenes" formatting using the "Remove Formatting" control.

Highlight the content in question.

Click the "Remove Formatting" control.
