CREATING AND USING GROUP EMAIL TEMPLATES
You may choose to create
templates and re-use your templates each time you send an email. This allows
you to invest your effort one time in creating an attractive, informative email
layout and re-use the template each time you choose.
Sample

To create an email template
Go to Horizontal
Navigation Bar: Group Email | - Choose the Email Template Library
You may edit / view existing templates, or choose
Create New:
Create your template:
Click Insert Template.
Now you can use
this template when you send Group Email:
