Check for newer versions of stored pages
Some browsers do not dynamically check for newer versions of stored pages. This can cause stale data or repeated error messages. Internet Explorer, and particularly the Earthlink and AOL versions of IE are particularly susceptible.
When diagnosing a suspected problem, we first need to rule out browser issues.
If you are experiencing a problem that other users are not experiencing, it is likely a browser history issue.
Please follow these instructions to have IE check for newer versions of stored pages:
Open Tools | Internet Options:
Choose Settings:
Choose "Every time I visit the web page"
Check the option that says "Every time I visit the webpage". Click OK. Try your page again.
There is another more powerful setting that can help you avoid all cookie issues in the future. Please follow these two steps top have IE automatically delete cookies when you close IE:
1) Go to Internet Options | Advanced:
Check the box for "Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder Every Time I Close IE":
