Avoid spam by turning on the CAPTCHA
Anti-Spam tools / CAPTCHA

Spammers have figured out how to use web bots to fill out forms on your web site.  To prevent spammers from using your forms,  and accumulating junk mail in your database by implementing the CAPTCHA function that is built into TennisConnect.

A CAPTCHA is a test that requires your visitor to key in a correct answer.  The idea behind a CAPTCHA is that it is a test that humans can easily pass, but computers can not. (Completely Automated Program to Tell Computers and Humans Apart).

To turn on the CAPTCHA go to Basic Settings | Web Site Settings | Option #14  - Use CAPTCHA.

You decide which forms you want protected.  We would turn them all on, but some web site visitors consider them an inconvenience, so we let you decide.

TIP
:  Prevent your email address from being harvested by spambots as well.  Instead of putting your email address on a web page, place a hyperlink to the "Contact Us Form".
