Members Only pages
There are two ways to "protect" pages on your web site to restrict access to registered members only

#1) Members Only page controls.  This method requires you to have your players / members register on your web site and create their own username / password.  This is a standard feature of TennisConnect.

In this example we are going to restrict access to the "Junior Programs" page.

Check the "Members Only" box in the web site builder for the page(s) you would like to protect.

In the Web Site Builder | Edit Page:

Once you update that setting, you will notice in the page list view that the page is marked as "members only":

Now on the consumer view of your web site, the page will appear with a members only lock:

And when the Link is selected, logged in members will be able to access the page, non logged in visitors (including web bots) will not have access:

#2) Custom Front Door controls

Alternately we can protect an individual page or your entire web site using a generic username / password.  This approach is less secure as it does not require individual players / members to create their own username / password.  This is not a standard feature of TennisConnect.  Programming services are required including a one-time set up fee of $75 and periodic maintenance to change the username password as requested.
