When you "go live" technically, you need to change the Name Servers for your existing web site.  Please make sure you notify TennisConnect technical support when you have completed these steps (or call us in advance so we know when you are going to make the change).

If you are using GoDaddy.com as your Registrar, please follow these instructions for changing your Name Servers:

Log in to www.godaddy.com


Choose Domain Manager under My Products


Click on the Domain you want us to host


Locate the Nameservers control


Change the NAMESERVERS to ours, which are NS1.MYTENNISCENTER.COM and NS2.MYTENNISCENTER.COM (this is not how your players will go to your web site, it is how the Internet "finds" where your web site is hosted).

If your domain is currently parked or hosted at GoDaddy, you will need to change that setting first.  Change it to "Not Hosted Here" or "Enter Custom NameServers"


You will receive an advisory that it may take up to 24 hours for your new site to appear.  Actual experience has been anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours.  Your "old" web site will still work in the meantime..
