Show Enrolled
TennisConnect supports a feature that allows you to show your consumers who is already enrolled in an event, and (if applicable) who is on standby.

Here is an example of an event where you want to show enrollments on the web site, limit class size to 4 participants with 0 overbook, and the standby list turned on:

NOTE:  Privacy of "Show Enrolled" works hand in hand with "enrollment available for".  If you make an event enrollable only for registered (and logged in) members, then the Show Enrolled function will only be visible to logged in members.  If you make the event enrollable to "anyone visiting the web site" then the Show Enrolled function will be publicly accessible.

Here is an example of the end result:

The first 4 participants are shown as enrolled (Matt, Ryan, Marty and Charlie).  The 5th (Brian) is shown in a lighter gray with the * notation for Standby.  Since the standby list is turned on, the online enrollment link is still active, but the status is noted as stand-by only.

When the 5th player enrolled, they received a confirmation page noting their standby status:

On the Administrative side of the system, you can see who is enrolled and who is on standby:

(S-BY stands for Stand-by)
