Internet Headers
In order for us to troubleshoot certain email questions, we may need to see the "Internet Headers" of an email that you have received.

Internet Headers are the "envelope" information that provides the audit trail details of an email.  By reading that audit trail we can determine the source of a delivery failure.

They are accessible in every mail system.  Here are two examples:

In MS Outlook:  go to your inbox.  Highlight the message for which you want the headers (don't open it, just single click to highlight it), right-mouse click, choose Message Options.  The Internet headers will be displayed.  Select all, copy, and paste into an email back to us.

In WebMail: open the message.  In the upper right hand corner choose "full headers" from "More Actions".  Copy and paste the headers into an email back to us.
