To upload a list of contacts with detailed information you will need to ensure that your data matches the following guidelines.

Before you begin to upload a CSV file it is imperative that your data is correct.  The system can only upload data that you give it.  It will not check spelling or make any changes to it.  So, please take some time to double check you data to ensure that it is in fact accurate.

It is also imperative that your data not have any of the following special characters in any fields:
commas (,)
pound signs (#)
quotations ("")
slashes (/)
ampersands (&)
Also no spaces in email addresses

Be sure to note that you must have the following 4 required fields in your CSV file.  The fields (column headings) must appear exactly as displayed below in bold:
 
FirstName  -- (Contacts First Name)
LastName  --  (Contacts First Name)
EmailAddress  --  (must be a valid email address with @ & .)
InternalCustomerID -- (this field can be left blank if desired)

Without these fields (the fields headings must be as above) the upload will fail.

There are additional fields that you can also upload & they are as follows.  With an advanced upload with the following fields you will need to email this file to the Support at TennisConnect.org so we can then upload the file on your behalf.

PublicProfile  --  1=yes, 0=no (0 is default if blank)
ProviderID  --  A support staff member will assist you in finding this if needed
Comments  --  limited to a maximum of 255 characters

Once you your data complies  to the above formatting guidelines please create a support ticket or email Support at TennisConnect.org and attach your CSV file for us to double check & upload for you if necessary.
