TennisConnect maintains a design philosophy of 3 clicks. A consumer can do anything in 3 clicks on your web site, and you can do anything in 3 clicks from your administrative log in at www.tennisconnect.org.
This article addresses the organization of the TennisConnect menu system.
The Horizontal Navigation Bar (HNB) runs horizontally underneath our site header and above the page title:
NOTE: You will only see menu items for the modules or components you have licensed (Home, Resources, and Web Page Editor is free for everyone). If you see itmes you are not using, please call 888-620-6696 XT 2 to make sure you are not paying for them and to have them removed.
Please click around on the Horizontal Navigation Bar to see the choices beneath each menu item.
Home, Basic Settings, and Resources have special properties.
- From the Home link you can access and download valuable market research from the Tennis Industry Association. This research helps you benchmark your tennis business (costs, prices, etc) against other industry averages.
- Basic Settings is a "catchall" menu with sub menu's for each of your licensed TennisConnect applications. You can get to any option in TennisConnect from Basic Settings. The menu is pretty intuitive. Often you can figure out what you are
looking for by reviewing the menu choices. Please also visit the "How Do I?" article for business implications, tips and tricks. More information about Basic Settings here.
- Resources is where all of our help items are located. You may also open up new support tickets as well as see the current status or resolution of any earlier support tickets processed by the system. Several important tools under the Resources tab include:
Knowledge Base - most every frequently asked or answered question is written up and posted to the Knowledge Base. Please take a few minutes to browse around the library of more than 200 Knowledgebase articles. The Knowledge Base is also available to non-logged in visitors at
www.tennissupport.com.
View Tickets - allows you to view the history and status of your support tickets. Please make a point to "close" any tickets that are waiting for your approval so we can keep our support queue lean.
Submit a ticket - the system will ask you to search the Knowledge Base prior to submitting a ticket. If a suitable answer cannot be found, please choose the "Thumbs Down" icon to create a ticket, or check Live Chat, or call 888-620-6696 XT 2, or email support@tennisconnect.org.
