Note: every option in TennisConnect is available within 3 clicks from the Horizontal Navigation Bar. You only have access to the Components you have licensed with your TIA membership. If you having trouble finding an option please call TennisConnect support toll-free at 888-620-6696 XT 2.
Home (HNB): The Home page provides and advisory snapshot of your account when you log in to TennisConnect. Here you can download market research from the Tennis Industry Association, see what is going on in the surrounding community (other TennisConnect publishers), what is on your own calendar, court sheets, and present listings on TennisWelcomeCenter.com, CardioTennis.com and other TIA distribution partner web sites.
Please note: In the above example (a fake test and training account) there is an alert in the lower left hand corner of the home page that this club does not have any programs listed on popular consumer sites such as the TennisWelcomeCenter.com or CardioTennis.com. This is a major missed opportunity to market your programs. Please see the article at:

Basic Settings (HNB): The Basic Settings Menu is a catchall of all the menu options in TennisConnect. You can find everything on this menu with one click.
TennisConnect Basics: Infrequently used after initial set up, these are basic controls that govern the behavior of the TennisConnect software.
String Center: Frequently used by pro shops and retailers, the String Center is a work-flow based module that helps you promote and manage your racquet service business.
Demo Racquet Center: Frequently used by pro shops and retailers, the Demo Racquet Center is a work-flow based module to help you promote and manage your demo racquet business.
TennisCollect: Used frequently or seasonally, TennisCollect supports a variety of automated pricing and billing options for purchases such as membership, court time, event enrollment, and miscellaneous invoicing. TennisCollect support multiple forms of payment including charge my account, print & mail, and online credit card payment through your web site.
Leagues & Ladders: Used frequently or seasonally, this menu provides single sign-on for customers using the Tencap Tennis League and Ladder management system.
Tennis Connect Component Codes: Used as needed, TennisConnect Component codes generate the source code to embed various TennisConnect functions on other web sites and pages. They are usually set up once and then dynamically serve content into other web sites and applications.
Web Site Settings: Infrequently used after initial set up, web site settings control the behavior of your web site or the logged in component functions such as the tennis court scheduler.
Tennis Court Scheduler: Used frequently the Tennis Court Schedule presents your online court sheets, allows you to make mass court block reservations, and controls your advance court reservation and abuse prevention controls.
Contact Manager: Used as needed, the Contact Manager is your database of players and customers.
eCalendar: Used as needed, the eCalendar section of the Basic Settings menu controls the one-time set up and periodic maintenance required for support online event enrollment options and data collection forms.
Group Email: Used as needed, the Group Email section of the Basic Settings menu provides administrative controls for establishing (user defined) distribution lists, re use-able templates, uploading contact lists, and email history retention.
Courts (HNB): The Courts menu off the Horizontal Navigation Bar provides quick access to the most frequently used functions of the Court Scheduler including making individual tennis court and lesson reservations, real-time court sheets, and printing lesson and court reservation schedules.
Calendar (HNB): The Calendar menu off the Horizontal Navigation Bar provides quick access to the most frequently used functions of the Calendar including online event enrollment, editing / copying / cloning events, printing enrollment rosters.
Web Page Editor (HNB): The Web Page Editor menu off the Horizontal Navigation Bar provides quick access to the most frequently used functions of the Web Page Editor including web page content updates and creating new web site pages.
Contact Manager (HNB): The Contact Manager menu off the Horizontal Navigation Bar provides quick access to the most frequently used functions of the Contact Manager including adding / editing contacts, contact look-up, membership (and member expiration), family membership attachment, and distribution list maintenance.
Group Email (HNB): The Group Email menu off the Horizontal Navigation Bar provides quick access to the most frequently used functions of the Group Email System including creating email lists, sending email and managing email templates.
Resources (HNB): The Resources menu off the Horizontal Navigation Bar provides access to all of your online documentation and
help / support / ticket tracking / and customer service chat resources. When logged in to TennisConnect you can create new support requests, post projects, and inquire on the status of previous support tickets. All of the Knowledgebase functions of the site are also available for non-logged in users at www.tennissupport.com
