The TennisConnect Project Board is the place for you to submit any work requests that are "outside" of the TennisConnect software functionality.
While most requests we receive are for design, organization, and content management, no task is too small when you need help. Resources are available to help you do everything from convert documents to PDF's, PowerPoint to web pages, optimize images or provide a complete site re-design.
Service rates are very competitive, and we strive to provide you with broad and deep range of related services to help you achieve your online goals.
When posting a project to the Project Board:
Go to Resources, and notice the Project Board menu:
Click thee appropriate link to add a new project or browse other projects.

Please complete the required fields. If you have not already done so, please see the article about "expectations" (click here)

Your project will be reviewed just to make sure you are not requesting anything that is already present in the current TennisConnect system or in the development stages.
- Notifications

The Authorized Service Provider network is notified of incoming project requests

You will be notified of responses and contact requests as they come in
- Project status

Your project will be marked "in process" when you "award" your project to an ASP

Upon closing a project, you may make public comments about your experience using the ASP network.

Closed projects remain searchable on the Project Board to help other customers see samples of prior work requests. If you wish to remove your project history, please submit via a support request (click here)
