Group Email allows you to send email to all or just selected contacts. You an filter contacts by:
- Contact Manager (gender, age, play preferences, membership type / expiration date, etc)
- Event enrollment (a single event enrollment roster or multiple, future dated, and past dated events
- Distribution list (from your user defined lists in Contact Manager)
- Payment participant (for customers using TennisCollect)
Filter based on Contact Manager:
Then enter your filter criteria. In this example we are looking for all member types, all the men who play doubles.
In this case the system found 138 matches (in this demonstration database):
Filter based on Event Enrollment: Choose Filter based on Event enrollment. You will see a list of "current" events (current week + 60 days). Click Past Events for older events or Future event for future events. NOTE: You may also send a group email to all participants in individual events from within the eCalendar administrative section. You may choose multiple check boxes. TennisConnect will automatically remove any duplicate contacts when the email list is created.
Filter based on Distribution List: Choose Filter based on Distribution list. You will see a list of all of your user-defined distribution lists (even inactive lists can be used for group email. de-activating a list in Contact Manager simply removes it from the consumer view).
You may choose multiple check boxes. TennisConnect will automatically

Filter based on Payment Participant: Choose Filter based on Payment Participant (customers using TennisCollect). You will see a list of all of your user-defined Payment Forms (even inactive forms can be used for group email.
