You may notice a new "Check-in Flag" on the tennis court scheduler. This was implemented to call your attention to any reservation by your staff or administrative users to "call attention to" an action item required at Check-in.
Practical uses include setting a reminder to collect court fees, guest fees, prepare the ball machine, etc.
When staff is making a reservation (presumably over the phone or at the front desk), checking this box (A... and making a note B):
Will cause TennisConnect to place an alert (
) in two places:
In the administrative view of the Tennis Court Scheduler:
And on the printed court schedule sheets:
The Alert Icon is NOT placed in the Tennis Lobby View for privacy reasons.
The "Check-in Flag" simply turns the alert icon on or off. You can use it for anything you want.
