When a tennis court reservation is made three things happen. The database is updated, the player receives a confirmation email and the tennis center receives a confirmation email.
The content of the confirmation email is half system generated by TennisConnect, and half populated by whatever you have posted as the "System Administrative Notice" (Basic Settings | Tennis Court Scheduler | Option # 7 - Administrative notices).
You should use this real estate to communicate anything from policy (cancellation policy, responsibility for guests) to news and announcements, upcoming events, and even pro shop new arrivals and services.
Whatever you type in the Administrative Notices page shows up in the administrative notices online AND is carried in the tennis court reservation confirmation email (nice advertising opportunity, or opportunity to promote your sponsors).
