Every tennis court reservation is supported by a transaction record in the database and a confirmation email to the club and to the player.

You should have set up a specific email account to capture online reser4vations (so they do not clutter up "your" email in-box).  The address that receives the online tennis court reservation confirmations is the one you "map" under Basic Settings | TennisConnect Basics | Option # 6- Email mapping.\



We also track the reservation and the last change made to the reservation in the database and display it for you in the online tennis court scheduler.

Simply click on any reservation and you will see the audit trail information:



TIP:  The IP address can tell us the physical location of the user making a reservation.  While we cannot always get a street address due to shared IP addresses, we can generally tell you if the reservation is made from within or outside the tennis center.  As of the writing of this article there are 1,900 TennisConnect users and we have only had one issue in 5 years.  If you are having an issue with a player or a member please call us at 888.620.6696 XT 2.  There are a number of things that we can do to monitor and prevent malicious behavior.
