Every tennis court reservation is supported by a transaction record in the database and a confirmation email to the club and to the player.
You should have set up a specific email account to capture online reser4vations (so they do not clutter up "your" email in-box). The address that receives the online tennis court reservation confirmations is the one you "map" under Basic Settings | TennisConnect Basics | Option # 6- Email mapping.\
We also track the reservation and the last change made to the reservation in the database and display it for you in the online tennis court scheduler.

TIP: The IP address can tell us the physical location of the user making a reservation. While we cannot always get a street address due to shared IP addresses, we can generally tell you if the reservation is made from within or outside the tennis center.
